Our take
Useful for one specific annoyance: opening an Imgur link without the sign-up prompts, app nags, and tracking that come with the real site. It is a thin frontend, so its fate is tied to public instances staying online and to Imgur not changing things underneath it. Fine as a quick proxy for the occasional image link; nobody needs to think harder about it than that.
