Comes from a company better known for ad-blocking, and that pedigree shows in clean apps and convenient browser extensions, with a 3 GB free trial to test the water. The honest caveat is that it’s a newer, closed-source entrant in a crowded field, so it doesn’t yet carry the audit history or privacy reputation of the established names. Reasonable if you already trust the AdGuard ecosystem and want one more layer. Privacy purists will likely prefer an audited, open-source option.
