Our take
A small, non-root Android DNS changer that adds DoH and DoT without demanding system access, which is exactly the niche many phone users need. Temper expectations: it has gone a long time without an update, so an actively maintained alternative is the safer recommendation. Fine to know about if you specifically want a lightweight no-root option, but check for newer maintained apps first.
