Our take
Gpg4win makes the power of GnuPG accessible on Windows through Kleopatra’s point-and-click interface, and it is the only officially sanctioned distribution from the GnuPG project for that platform. The Outlook plugin (GpgOL) brings encrypted email to corporate environments without needing a separate email client. The trade-off is that it is Windows-only, and Kleopatra, while polished, still surfaces the complexity of key management to users who just want to encrypt a file. Good pick for Windows users already in the GnuPG ecosystem or needing Outlook integration.
