The draw is its plugin architecture and a thin core that can run as a daemon with a separate web UI, which makes it flexible for always-on setups. Development moves slowly, though, and the last push here was March, so it can feel less actively polished than qBittorrent. Pick Deluge if you specifically want the plugin model or a lightweight client/daemon split. If you don’t have that need, a busier client will give you a smoother out-of-the-box experience.
